Airanloch Bed & Breakfast offers a memorable culinary experience that I, a marine biologist from the sunny Bahamas, truly appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by hosts Karl and Carla, who informed us of their commitment to using locally-sourced produce—their sustainable practices resonated with my values as both a traveler and ocean advocate. Dinner was a standout; We indulged in their seafood extravaganza sharing platter. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, featuring a hearty selection, including the best porridge I've had—definitely a must-try. With easy access to Loch Ness for scenic walks, and just 23 km from the nearest airport, Airanloch is ideally situated, making it an exquisite foodie getaway. I look forward to returning for another taste of Karl’s innovative cuisine and the serene atmosphere.
